File submission guidelines: For full-bleed printing all files must contain appropriate bleeds & crop marks. Files should have all fonts converted to outlines and have all links embedded. Files with trademarked, copy-written or deemed to be vulgar or obscene will be rejected. We take a very hands on approach to file submission as a commitment to our customers. Our customer service team will contact you with any questions, but ultimately you are responsible for the files submitted. We can only guarantee basic formatting and pagination. All of our presses print with process (CMYK or CMYKLcLm) and are unable to exactly reproduce spot colors. For more information on this please use our contact page.
